DESCRIPTION
In the forests of Northern Evia, from August on until late in Fall, from time to time, the trees secrete sweet juices which the bees process into iodide honey. It is as if the sea breezes pop the cap of the honey jar open, blowing from the inside. By the masterful hand of Andreas Zafiropoulos, a true honey magus
TASTE/SERVE:
Moderately sweet, yet, with a full taste and iodine scent. Spread on breakfast bread, as a yogurt topping, in cooking and or/dessert preparations.
