DESCRIPTION
Smooth on the tongue and airy, just like the tiny feather of a bird, the olive oil produced by the Kelidis family at the outermost region of Evros is the precious extract of one of Europe’s most ancient olive groves. The fruit of this supercentenarian Makri variety is handpicked and extraction begins -at the latest- 90 minutes after harvest.

Soft, sweet. Full flavor and complex aroma bouquet: green almonds, tomato leaves, green apple, basil. Ideal for salads, or for serving raw as a finishing touch over cooked meals to add a touch of freshness and a cool, aromatic sweetness.
